AIVDOT collects only what the journey requires.
Application, membership, donation, booking, interview, and drive data may include name, email, age, city, country, PIN, role/category, files, payment references, and support messages.

Payments
Payment data is handled by the payment provider.
AIVDOT does not store card data. PayPal or another provider handles payment credentials. AIVDOT stores references, status, category, and audit events needed for receipts and support.

Files
Pitch decks and drive files are private by default.
Production uploads use private storage, tenant-scoped keys, presigned URLs, file-size checks, batch limits, and future malware scanning or quarantine hooks.

Donor reporting
Reporting must protect beneficiaries.
Platinum donors above USD 5000 and Elite donors above USD 1,000,000 may request deeper reporting where feasible, lawful, and respectful of child safeguarding and privacy.
